** Ketamine in a lower, subanesthetic dose to treat depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder (“PTSD”) and chronic central/neuropathic pain is a newer, “off-label” use of ketamine (i.e. not FDA approved for the treatment of these conditions) and is typically used only after other treatment approaches have been unsuccessful. There is no guarantee ketamine will improve symptoms of these conditions.
